The Mexican is a Mexican restaurant and cocktail bar based in Ware, Hertfordshire. Co-owned and run by Mexicans, we bring authentic Mexican street food to your table in a fun, relaxed environment. The Mexican was born out of a love for Mexican food and culture. Opened in 2019 by Alastair Bramley and Brett Cahill-Moreno, we believe our menu is fresh, unique, vibrant, diverse, colourful and, most importantly, authentically Mexican.
