Co-owner Brett Cahill-Moreno’s family is from Yucatan in Mexico, which is one of the gastronomic capitals of Mexico. He comes from a long line of cooks, including his grandmother who ran her own restaurant and wrote a cookbook before her death in 2006. Many of the dishes on the menu are inspired from her recipes.
Having trained as a chef, Brett has had a life-long dream to open an authentic Mexican restaurant. Teaming-up with Alastair has made that dream a reality.
